HIKE TO CERRO CHAME SUMMIT

HIGHLIGHTS

Hike to Cerro Chame with us in a guided trip  to the top.  At 560 meters (1,837 feet),  Cerro Chame faces the Pacific Ocean, very close to Coronado Beach.

From its summit you will see nearby beach towns such as Corona and Coronado. Also Punta Chame and Panama City.  Also the Campana Mountains, mangro forests, salt water shrimp ponds, and many other fantastic views.

And yes, make sure you bring your camara to take home those memorable times.

We will hike in a well marked trail through reforested areas, and some native forest. However most of the hike is along grassy land.

ITINERARY

We will meet at a pre-arranged location (Adventures Panama Office by default), or hotel pick up by 8:00 am. We will travel west to Cerro Chame base  from where you will  start to hike.   Expect a short security and acquaintance  briefing is given by our tour guide..

We start to hike by 9:30 am. Depending on the group we should reach summit around  noon. After some breathtaking sights we will start our descend to reach our vehicle by 2pm.  Return to Panam City by 3:00 pm

It might rain, It might be sunny, It might be both.   But it can be done in almost any weather.
